Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.

However, Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH voluntarily grants a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods for standard stock items.

Conditions for Returns

• The goods must be unused
• The goods must be in perfect condition
• The return must be sent in the original packaging

Exclusion from Returns

The following items are excluded from the return policy:

• Items not regularly kept in stock
• Products procured on request
• Individually configured or custom-made products

Items not held in stock or procured on request include in particular products with longer delivery times or those sourced specifically for the customer.

In case of doubt, Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH decides whether an item is classified as a stock item or a custom order.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
