Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is the contractual partner for all orders placed via the online shop sicherheitsbedarf.ch.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop sicherheitsbedarf.ch.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by us via email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
In accordance with Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act (MWSTG), Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is not subject to VAT. No VAT is charged or shown.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
The shipment is usually carried out within one business day.
If a product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH until full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.
We voluntarily grant a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods for standard stock items, provided that:
- the goods are unused
- the goods are in perfect condition
- the goods are returned in their original packaging
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
- items not regularly kept in stock
- products procured on request
- individually configured or custom-made products
Items not held in stock or procured on request include in particular products with longer delivery times or those sourced specifically for the customer.
In case of doubt, Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH decides whether an item is classified as a stock item or a custom order.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply.
Obvious defects must be reported to us immediately.
9. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping, Transfer of Risk and Damages
Shipping is carried out to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and damage.
Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us.
We assume no liability for damages occurring after delivery.
In the event of loss or damage during transport, we will seek a solution within the scope of the statutory provisions.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Farkas Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
